1. Introduction / Legal Entity
Welcome to Blind LLC, doing business as SEO Aesthetic (“SEO Aesthetic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, services, software, or payment links (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.
2. Definitions
For purposes of these Terms:

“Client” means the individual or business entity purchasing or using the Services.

“Services” means local SEO, Google Business Profile (GBP) management, AI-powered content generation, review management, citation optimization, ranking reports, and related digital marketing services.

“Billing Cycle” means the recurring monthly period beginning on the date of initial payment.

“Business Days” means Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

“Deliverables” means reports, content, listings, optimizations, or materials provided as part of the Services.

“Effective Date” means the date the Client first subscribes to or pays for Services.
3. Services Provided
SEO Aesthetic offers local SEO, Google Business Profile (GBP) management, AI-powered content generation, review management, citation optimization, ranking reports, and related digital marketing services designed to improve online visibility and search engine rankings.
Services are provided on a best-effort basis in accordance with industry standards and may evolve over time based on platform changes, performance data, and optimization strategy.
4. Payment Terms

Clients agree to pay the monthly subscription fee associated with their selected service plan.

Payments are processed via Stripe as a recurring subscription and charged on the same date each month.

You authorize SEO Aesthetic (via Stripe) to automatically charge the payment method on file for recurring fees, applicable taxes, and any approved additional services without further authorization.

If payment fails or is late, SEO Aesthetic may suspend Services until payment is received.

All payments are non-refundable, except as expressly stated in Section 5 (Performance Guarantee / Refund Policy).

SEO Aesthetic reserves the right to adjust pricing upon notice. Any fee changes will take effect at the next Billing Cycle following notice.
5. Performance Guarantee / Refund Policy
5.1 Performance Guarantee
SEO Aesthetic guarantees that your business will achieve Page 1 rankings on Google Search (organic) or Google Maps / Google Business Profile (GBP) within three (3) consecutive months, subject to all conditions below.
5.2 Eligible Keywords
The guarantee applies only to a defined set of primary target keywords, which must:

Be explicitly agreed upon in writing prior to the start of Services (proposal, onboarding form, SOW, or email confirmation).

Be commercially relevant, location-based search terms accurately representing the Client’s services.

Exclude brand-only keywords.
-
Exclude informational, blog-style, or research-based queries.
-
Have measurable search visibility using industry-standard SEO tools selected by SEO Aesthetic.
SEO Aesthetic reserves the right to reject or substitute keywords that are misleading, non-representative, excessively broad, or outside reasonable SEO scope.
5.3 Ranking Definition
A “Page 1 ranking” means:

Google Search: positions 1–10 in organic results

Google Maps / GBP: placement in the Local 3-Pack or within the top 10 map results
Rankings are measured based on: the primary business location, the agreed target city or service area, and non-branded search queries. Manual searches, personalized results, incognito sessions, or device-specific variations do not determine ranking status.
5.4 Measurement & Validation

Rankings are validated through SEO Aesthetic’s monthly reporting.

Temporary fluctuations or volatility do not constitute failure if Page 1 placement is achieved within the three (3) consecutive month period.

SEO Aesthetic’s reporting tools serve as the sole source of truth.
5.5 Client Cooperation Requirement
The guarantee is contingent on timely Client cooperation, including:

Providing required access credentials

Responding to requests within five (5) business days
-
Approving content, categories, and optimizations when requested
Delays caused by lack of access, incomplete information, or unresponsiveness may pause or reset the guarantee timeline.
5.6 Refund Eligibility

If Page 1 rankings are not achieved within the three (3) consecutive month period and all conditions above are met, the Client is eligible for a full refund for the specific location or campaign covered by the guarantee.

Refunds are issued within fifteen (15) business days following written confirmation.

Refunds apply only to recurring service fees for the affected campaign.
-
Setup fees, onboarding fees, add-ons, and third-party costs are non-refundable.
5.7 Early Cancellation & Forfeiture
If the Client cancels Services before completing three (3) consecutive months of uninterrupted service, the Client forfeits all eligibility for any performance-based refund.
6. Reporting, Results & Disclaimers

SEO Aesthetic provides monthly performance reports detailing rankings and visibility metrics.

You acknowledge that SEO results depend on third-party platforms (including Google), algorithm updates, competition, and external factors beyond our control. While Page 1 ranking is guaranteed under Section 5, no guarantees are made regarding revenue, leads, sales, or profits.
7. Cancellation & Termination

There is no fixed long-term contract; Services operate on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation requires written notice via email to hello@seoaesthetic.com (or steve@seoaesthetic.com).

Notice must be received at least fourteen (14) business days prior to the next billing date to avoid the upcoming charge.

If notice is received fewer than fourteen (14) business days before the next billing date, the upcoming billing cycle will still be charged and cancellation will take effect the following cycle.

Canceling before completing three (3) consecutive months disqualifies the Client from the refund guarantee.
-
Any pending or disputed performance-guarantee claims must be submitted in writing prior to the effective cancellation date.
8. Suspension of Services
SEO Aesthetic may suspend Services for non-payment or failure to provide required access, approvals, or cooperation. Suspension does not pause billing or extend guarantee timelines.
9. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, Deliverables created specifically for the Client become the Client’s property. SEO Aesthetic retains ownership of all proprietary systems, tools, methodologies, templates, AI processes, and internal frameworks.
10. Data Use & Confidentiality
Client data is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed except as required by law. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used for internal analytics or marketing purposes.
11. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
SEO Aesthetic is not liable for losses caused by algorithm changes, third-party platform actions, or factors outside our control. Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
12. Term & Amendments
These Terms remain in effect while Services are used. SEO Aesthetic may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Blind LLC is registered. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or small-claims court, as applicable.
