1. Introduction / Legal Entity
Blind LLC, doing business as SEO Aesthetic (“SEO Aesthetic,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), is trusted by our Clients with access to their Google Business Profiles, websites, analytics, directory listings, and brand assets. This page describes how we protect that access and the information we handle in delivering our Services.
This page describes our security practices. It does not modify our [Terms & Conditions], including the limitation of liability in Section 11.
2. Access to Client Accounts
- To deliver our Services, Clients provide access credentials for the platforms we manage, as described in Section 5.5 of our Terms & Conditions. Where a platform offers delegated access, such as Google Business Profile manager roles, Google Search Console permissions, or Google Analytics user roles, we may request that instead.
- Credentials are stored in 1Password, shared only with team members who need them, and never sent by email or chat.
- Access follows the principle of least privilege. Team members receive only the permissions their role requires.
- When Services end, we delete stored credentials, remove any delegated access, and confirm offboarding with the Client. We recommend Clients change any passwords they shared with us.
3. Account and Identity Security
- Multi-factor authentication is required on all company systems.
- Company tools are accessed through single sign-on via Google Workspace.
- Access is revoked promptly when team members or contractors leave.
4. Data Protection
- Data is encrypted in transit using TLS.
- Data at rest is stored with established providers that encrypt it by default.
- Payment information is processed by Stripe. SEO Aesthetic does not store full card or banking details on its own servers.
5. Vendors and Contractors
We review the security and privacy practices of vendors and partners before sharing Client information with them. Vendors and contractors are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations consistent with Section 10 of our Terms & Conditions.
6. Our Team
Everyone with access to Client systems signs a confidentiality agreement and completes security awareness training at onboarding.
7. AI-Powered Services
Our Services include AI-powered content generation. We use business-tier AI services that do not train on customer inputs. We do not enter Client customers’ personal data into AI tools without Client authorization.
8. Incident Response
If we become aware of a security incident affecting Client data, we will notify affected Clients without undue delay and within the timeframes required by law and our agreements. We will then work with them on containment and remediation.
9. Reporting a Vulnerability
If you believe you have found a security issue, email hello@seoaesthetic.com with “Security” in the subject line. Please allow us reasonable time to investigate before disclosing it publicly. We will not pursue action against researchers acting in good faith.
