UK & EU GDPR

1. Introduction / Legal Entity

Blind LLC, doing business as SEO Aesthetic (“SEO Aesthetic,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), is based in the United States and primarily serves U.S. Clients. When we work with Clients in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, or handle personal data about individuals there, we comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR).

This page supplements our [Privacy Policy], which describes the information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. It should be read together with the Privacy Policy and our [Terms & Conditions].

2. Our Role

When we work with Clients in the UK or EEA, we act as a controller for the business contact information we hold about Client contacts and prospects, and for data about visitors to our website.

If an engagement requires us to process personal data on a Client’s behalf, such as customer lists or advertising audiences, we act as a processor and sign a Data Processing Agreement before any processing begins.

3. Lawful Bases for Processing

We process personal data on the following bases:

  • Performance of a contract with you or your business
  • Our legitimate interests in operating, improving, and marketing our Services, balanced against your rights
  • Your consent, for non-essential cookies and marketing communications, which you may withdraw at any time
  • Compliance with legal obligations

4. Data Processing Agreements

Where our Services involve processing personal data on behalf of a UK or EEA Client, we sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) covering the requirements of Article 28 of the GDPR. These include confidentiality, security measures, subprocessor controls, assistance with data subject requests, breach notification, and deletion or return of data at the end of the engagement. 5. Subprocessors

We use trusted third-party providers to operate our business and deliver our Services, as described in Section 5 of our Privacy Policy. A current list of subprocessors is available on request at hello@seoaesthetic.com. Where we act as a processor, we notify affected Clients of material changes to this list.

6. International Transfers

We are based in the United States. Where we receive personal data transferred from the UK or EEA under a Client engagement, we use the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, as appropriate.

7. Exercising Your Rights

Individuals in the UK and EEA may exercise the rights described in Section 7 of our Privacy Policy. They also have the rights to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, email hello@seoaesthetic.com with “Data Request” in the subject line. We respond within one month.

If we process your data on behalf of one of our Clients, we will forward your request to that Client and help them respond.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) or your local EU data protection authority.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this page from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
